Do you provide International delivery?

Yes, we do provide international delivery. Whether you're located in North America, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else around the globe, we are committed to delivering our products to your doorstep. Our reliable and efficient shipping partners ensure that your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

How do I return an item?

Returning an item is simple and hassle-free. If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps. First, ensure that the item is eligible for return within our specified return policy. Next, package the item securely. Then, contact our customer service team or visit our website to initiate the return process. Provide them with the necessary details, such as your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, which may include providing you with a return label or instructions for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. We strive to make the return process as convenient as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

What is your returns policy?

Returns for full refunds excluding the delivery cost will be allowed within 14 days of your order receipt, and the order must be returned in the original condition. If you would like to request a return, please email returns@sanoe-collection.com within 7 days of receipt and indicate in the subject your order # and reason for return. We will provide a shipping label, once you have received a confirmation for the return.

International customers must include any and all commercial invoices with returns. 

Sanoe will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags and packaging. Items should be returned to us new, unused in the original condition sent to you, including original packaging, bags, tags, hangers, boxes the order came with. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Sanoe reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

For international shipping returns, please note customs and duties are non refundable.

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy and convenient. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and relevant tracking information. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team (info@sanoe-collection).

What are your delivery options?

Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your product depending on your location. We can only provide overnight shipping within the US.
