Shipping Policy

We strive to provide an efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Once your order is confirmed, we will process it within 2-3 business days. We offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our Equestrian jackets reach you, no matter where you are. Our shipping warehouses in NYC and Portugal are reliable and trusted, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary on stock in each location and depending on your individual location.  All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis via Flavorcloud (prices are available at checkout). International orders outside the US may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country. This is the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. 

Return and Exchange Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for online purchases within the US. All Sanoë pieces must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Important: Items that are returned with signs of wear — including smell, missing buttons, tears, stains, or other damage — may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. In the case of exchanges, we will gladly replace your item with a different size and color, subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a store credit or provide a refund.

Returns for In-Store & Event-Purchases:

In-store or event purchases are eligible for return, but only for store credit or exchange.

Returns from Outside the U.S.:

Returns are accepted within a 14-day return window, but customers must arrange and cover return shipping themselves. We‘re currently unable to provide international return labels. All international returns must be shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to avoid delays or rejected packages. Please note duties and taxes paid on the original order may not be refundable, depending on the country‘s policies.
