Sanoë allows returns or exchanges for all items purchased on our website within 14 days of the delivery date. Sanoë pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Each Sanoë jacket is handled with care and shipped to you from one of our warehouses, New York or Lisbon, depending on your current location. We will always prioritize shipping closest to you in order to avoid duty costs. If the closest warehouse does not carry stock, the second option will fulfill your order in stock.
