Sanoë accepts returns or exchanges for all items purchased through our website within 14 days of the delivery date. For purchases made at events, items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

All Sanoë pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are returned with signs of wear — including missing buttons, tears, stains, or other damage — may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Each Sanoë jacket is handled with care and shipped to you from one of our warehouses, New York or Lisbon, depending on your current location. We will always prioritize shipping closest to you in order to avoid duty costs. If the closest warehouse does not carry stock, the second option will fulfill your order in stock. 

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis via Flavorcloud (prices are available at checkout). International orders outside the US may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country. This is the responsibility of the client. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.
