Sanoë accepts returns or exchanges for all items purchased through our website within 14 days of the delivery date. For purchases made at events, items may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
All Sanoë pieces must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are returned with signs of wear — including missing buttons, tears, stains, or other damage — may be refused and will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returns from Outside the U.S.:
Returns are accepted within a 14-day return window, but customers must arrange and cover return shipping themselves. We‘re currently unable to provide international return labels. All international returns must be shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) to avoid delays or rejected packages. Please note duties and taxes paid on the original order may not be refundable, depending on the country‘s policies.
